PASS is focused on providing performing arts scholarships to people of all ages in an effort to promote personal development physical activity community connection cultural awareness and preservation and public arts accessibility. We fundraise throughout the year to provide scholarships once annually to applicants attending programming at non profit performins arts organizations in Parkland County AB This year 2021 due to Covid very limited fundraising was done and no scholarships were provided as most performing arts organizations in the area were shut down.
