Pirs' mission is to ensure that immigrant and refugee women and their families can participate fully in canadian community life. We do this by providing neighbourhood-based group programs that address language childcare and financial barriers. Our programs provide isolated immigrant and refugee women with the skills and confidence needed to access resources and services and to function more independently and effectively in their roles as family and community members.
