Through its work with Orangutan Foundation International Kalimantan OFIC provides protection and care for orangutans establishes and maintains release camps near Tanjung Puting National Park in Kalimantan Indonesia. Through the ongoing Land Purchase and Protection program OFIC contributes to the purchase active protection and rehabilitation/reforestation of the tropical rainforest habitat of the orangutan and many other species.
