Provide professional opera that is accessible financially geographically and comprehensibly to the communities in york region - encourage the development of the art form through educational and outreach activities - to be a platform for both established and emerging canadian talent - covid - during the last fiscal year all programs were suspended as a result of government imposed social distancing measures which prevented the preparation and presentation of live opera productions.
