Established in 1991 the ontario arts foundation (oaf) encourages and facilitates private giving to the arts by working with donors to establish endowment funds. The oaf administers the arts endowment fund program for the ontario govenment and manages funds established by under the endowment incentives component of the canada cultural investment fund throught the department of canadian heritage.
