Oxa offers hands-on xeriscape workshops classes and public presentations. Oxa maintains a 4 000 square foot xeriscape demonstration garden with interpretive signage which serivces as an educational tool for the public professionals and schools. Oxa maintains a website which attracts more than 300 000 visits per year. The site contains web libraries detailed instructions a blog and a searchable on-line plant database. Oxa publishes a monthly column in a widely circulated local newspaper. Volunteer time is estimated to well in access of 400 hours for this fiscal year.
