To organize and hold an annual festival for music dance and speech arts for youth in our community. Presentation for financial awards scholarships certificates of placement and medallions to the competitors and winners in various categories within each discipline. To recognize the top individuals who are then able to move on to the provincial festival held by performing arts bc.
