OPCC strives to support nurture and empower children and their families as they learn and grow together. Each year over 3000 children and 2000 parents benefit from its services. OPCC offers programs and services with a focus on families with young children ages newborn to six years of age. It provides Nursery School programs is the Ontario Early Years Centre for Oakville and offers parenting support programs funded by the United Way of Oakville.
