In its own words
Nshpca continues with offering health education to communities across nova scotia. We have approximately 50 volunteers doing presentations on advance care planning in small and large groups in both urban and rural communities. In support of this program we have also introduced the topic of grief through webinars such as the weary heart cafe. Partnerships have been establsihed with african nova scotian francophone and acadian mi'kmaq communities to ensure the program is culturally and linguistically appropriate for all communities.
