Neof raises funds to help young people facing financial barriers to pursue their dreams talents and interests. Our goal is to provide funding to applicants who are under the age of 18 and live in the north end of halifax (north of cogswell street east of windsor street and boundaried by halifax harbour on the west and north or in bayers westwood to enable them to access athletic technical and leadership programmes they would otherise not be able to participate in because of financial circumstances.
