The niagara north family health team offers our patients a team approach to health care. Our team includes patients family doctors social workers dietitians nurses nurse practitioners as well as a physician assistant respiratory therapist and psychiatrist. In addition the niagara north family health team is home to a diabetes education program which provides ongoing support and education to individuals with type ii diabetes. As a team we work together to come up with the best possible plan for the health and wellness of our patients.
