The charity carries out a major summer festival that supports local musical cultural and artistic talents. The charity undertakes other initiatives which strengthen the strong sense of community along the east river and expose more people to the mosaic of artistic talent which exists in northern nova scotia. The board meets regularly to achieve these objectives culminating in a three day festival in august of each year.
