A 100% volunteer base that maintains over 2700 bluebird nesting boxes in southern alberta from saskatchewan to b.c. Between nanton and the u.s. Border. All of our trail monitors are volunteers and all of their associated travel expenses are paid for by them. The nesting boxes and associated materials and supplies are paid for by the society the money that supports this comes from donations or from the sale of our bluebird information booklets and occasionally bluebird boxes. We also have an annual workshop and information about the mountain bluebird is available on our website.
