La mission offre des services d'urgence de transition et de logement à plus de 4000 personnes en situation d'itinérance de montréal annuellement afin de favoriser la réinsertation sociale. On y sert 400 000 repas et accueille des clients pour 150 000 nuitées. A chaque année la mission aide plus de 600 client et clientes à retrouver leur place dans la société. Plusieurs programmes sont offerts à cette clientèle avec un accompagnement afin de les aider à s'en sortir.
