The Corporation's aims and objectives are to primarily support the work of the Misericordia Health Centre as outlined in its mission statement and to provide assistance for programs designed to support the needs of an aging population in accordance with the Catholic tradition of ethical and spiritual values through the legacy of the Misericordia Sisters. The corporation also supports the building lease and operation of an assisted living facilities for the elderly. which became operational in 2023.
