The mfrc ncr was responsible for the delivery of the military family service program in the national capital region. The mfrc ncr was dedicated to enhancing the lives of canadian armed forces families by providing unique services and programs tallored to the military lifestyle. Services were delivered in the following areas: information and ecducation awareness to support community integration; referral and support services; and intervention services.
