Milford Recreation Association provided recreation facilities to the community of Milford as well as the greater corridor area of East Hants. The facility includes newly surfaced tennis courts ball field soccer fields an extensive trail system that has been recently upgraded and several trails are wheelchair accessible several picnic shelters. The hall is available for rent for community activities such as weddings suppers celebrations of life etc.
