Mentorlink was established to accelerate leadership development through the process of mentoring. The goal of mentorlink is to train and empower leadership of the local church to mentor and train others to be effective leaders in order that the ministries they serve in can grow and flourish. Seminars and ongoing mentoring are conducted with pastors lay people and church leaders. Relationships and strategies have been developed to provide entry level leadership training for house churches.
