Operations have been ongoing since 2023 with donations being received by the foundation and making qualifying disbursements to qualified donees and grantees. The organization has no paid employees and the directors of the foundation volunteer their time and will continue to volunteer their time with respect to the operations of the foundation including determining to which qualified donees funds will be distributed to. The foundation will be supporting charitable organizations operating in the local community although donations to national charitable organizations will also be considered.
