Our long-term goal is to raise enough in the way of endowment contributions to create a capital fund whose revenue would finance the programs we envisage. This remains an active objective and is the subject of continuing efforts and discussion. At the same time the Board meets regularly to discuss and keep itself informed of developments in the field (of serious mental illness) in order to keep up to date and to ensure its envisioning of future programs (allocation of grants and in-house programs) optimizes the achievement of our purposes.
