In its own words
The mha promotes horticulture and the use of sound horticultural practices to protect the environment for future generations. We hold and participate in presentations and educational sessions for members and the general public featuring horticultural speakers and guided tours. We educate and certify horticultural judges through an apprentice program for the province. We advertise horticultural events across the province for our members. We offer a website for garden clubs and horticultural societies to advertise their programs and events.
