In its own words
A faith-based christian ministry since 1969 that provides or hosts week-long summer camps for children ages 6 and up two seasonal family camps and a variety of year-round weekend retreats. The operation has one full-time paid position and offers 8-12 seasonal contractual jobs but it is largely supported in service by volunteers who commit to help maintain the property work in the kitchen and facilitate the program. The camp also has a 'kids to camp' sponsorship programs which helps kids in need or first-time campers attend a week-long session at a reduced or nil cost.
