Démarche intensive en groupe pour 15 personnes hommes et femmes de 18 à 55 ans qui sont principalement en dépression. La démarche se fait 4 jours par semaine de 9h30 à 16h pendant une période minimale de 3 mois. Elle se réalise à travers un programme complet et global: ateliers de santé et de conscience corporelle ateliers d'arts et créativité rencontres de groupe et individuelles séances de massothérapie et d'éducation somatique accompagnement en temps de crise éducation et suivi en santé globale soutien dans l'insertion sociale. Un suivi post-programme est offert.
