L'organisme offre des services d'hébergement aux jeunes en difficulté et sans-abri de 16 à 20 ans. Une équipe d'éducateur spécialisés offre du soutien et de l'accompagnement au quotidien à ces jeunes adultes en démarche d'autonomie ou en vue d'un retour familial. L'organisme offre également un service d'aide à la recherche d'emploi pour les jeunes peu scolarisés et il offre un service de post-hébergement aux anciens résidents. L'organisme offre une place d'hébergement pour une future mère jusqu'à six mois après la naissance du bébé.
