The purpose of the foundation is to receive donated funds and property primarily from lonny lee or his family members then to hold invest administer and distribute funds to other charities under the rules of canada's income tax act. Under this provision it will donate a minimum of 3.5% of its assets per year. The funds can go to any charity or chairies decided each year by its directors. It does not support any one charity regularly
