Operates the Lloydminster Men's Shelter. The shelter provides free emergency accommodation to the homeless men of Lloydminster. Gibney House an extension of the Men's Shelter began operation in September 2015. The Gibney House provides low income housing to men in the community on a reduced rental rate basis.
