We raise funds to support patients who are undergoing treatment for a blood cancer or and autoimmune disease treated through the transplant and cell therapy program at the ottawa hospital. Assessment of patient needs and disbursement of funds in performed by social workers associated with the treatment programs. The criteria used for parient assessment and limiits to support for individual patients are established by little angels. The assessment criteria and limits of support are reviewed and adjusted periodically based on evolving patient needs and available funds.
