Informer la population sur les lois régissant la gestions des cimetières ainsi que sur l'importance du patrimoine funéraire et du respect des défunts. Améliorer l'aménagement des cimetières pour qu'ils soient accueillants et bien entretenus. Acceuillir les familles endeuillées et réaliser des activités de souvenirs des défunts.
