L'organisme a mené durant tout l'année fiscale 2022-2023 sa fonction principale celle de sortir des chats abandonnés à la vie de l'errance a les faire stériliser vacciner et traiter contres les parasites internes et externes. Ceux-ci ont été traités par un vétérinaire et ont ensuite été placés en adoption. Du 1 octobre 2022 au 30 septembre 2023 109 chats on été adoptés via l'organisme. Les chatmoureux ont aussi fait stériliser et vermifuger 9 chats sauvages qui ont été placés dans des écuries (éthique) gratuitement contre bons soins.
