Friends for mental health offers support services to people who have a loved one living with a mental health issue. Our services include individual and family psychosocial counselling support groups psycho-educational workshops and courses respite activities and conferences on various mental health topics. Since our mission is also to raise community awareness of mental health issues we have a school-based youth awareness program and a program for cultural communities.
