The purpose of the Organization is to operate an independent co-educational school in Ontario with an emphasis on instruction in the Italian language and culture. The charity operates a full day primary school program from Junior Kindergarten to Grade 8 a full day Montessori program and a full day Italian immersion Pre-school program. The Organization does not receive funding from the Ontario government. Its operations are funded by tuition fees private donations fund raising activities and the Italian government.
