Leduc LINX Connect Centre (the 'organization') is a not-for-profit organization incorporated under the Societies Act of Alberta on December 31 2007. The organization is a registered charitable organization with the Canada Revenue Agency and as such is exempt from the payment of income tax under subsection 149(1) of the lncome Tax Act. Leduc LINX Connect Centre opened its doors on April 1 2008.
