Intervenir là où la structure officielle ne peut le faire être agent de liaison entre les jeunes et les organismes communautaires. Promouvoir et prévenir les problématiques auxquelles les jeunes peuvent être confrontés (toxicomanie prostitution violence etc) et sensibiliser la communauté.
