Learning matters education charity's ('charity') mandate is to encourage and promote access to post secondary education. The charity accomplishes this goal by funding financial support (bursary awards) to canadian children wanting to pursue post secondary education. The bursary awards may be made directly to individual students or indirectly to students via another charitable organization which provides bursary awards to canadian children.
