Le musée possède une exposition permanente sous forme d’un labyrinthe qui utilise des artéfacts de sa collection faisant l’historique de la colonisation agricole dans le nord-est du NB en prenant l’exemple de la Paroisse de Saint-Isidore. Des bénévoles des membres du conseil d’administration et des guides étudiants en font la présentation durant l’été. Le Musée de Saint-Isidore possède une collection d’environ 1690 artefacts (mobiliers pièces diverses cahiers et photos) liés en grande partie à l’histoire de la communauté.
