Elle a comme programmes: pcsa: le programme communautaire de surveillance aquatique est un partenariat pour effectuer la surveillance dans les estuaires du sud du golfe du saint-laurent l'éducation et surveillance de l'érosion côtière et le programme communautaire d'indicateur aquatique est un travail de suivi et d'éducation effectué dans les rivières et les fermes.
