For more than 21 years the langley animal protection society (laps) has been a vital lifeline for vulnerable animals and the people who love them in langley and the surrounding communities. Every day we work to protect the unique mutually healing bond between people and animals - because we know that when animals and their guardians are supported the entire community is stronger and healthier.
