The lake of the woods museum’s purpose is to collect preserve research exhibit & interpret the material culture photographs and documents that illustrate the history of the lake of the woods area. The douglas family arts centre serves as an exhibition centre for the visual arts for the purpose of education enjoyment and entertainment.
