The kghs holds 10 monthly meetings and publishes monthly newsletters. Kghs financially supports and operates the kingsville archives where historical records documents books maps and photos and cataloged digitized and properly stored by a team of volunteers. It is available to the public at no charge for research inquires regarding local history and genealogy in person by phone or e-mail. The kingsville archives is open to the public several days per week and by appointment. Research inquires are answered by phone email and in-person.
