In its own words

In 2024 katari taiko performed at the powell street festival in august. Much of the year was devoted to developing rehearsing and premiering a new york toki no suna (sands of time) for the sold-out echoes concert at performance works on sunday november 3. Katari taiko was able to expand its repertoire and reached a total audience of about 600 people from diverse backgrounds in the past year.
