A volunteer organization of women over the age of 19 committed to promoting voluntarism and to improving the community through effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. The league develops projects in direct response to recognized needs in the community relating to their child/youth focus area. The league then initiates projects either on their own or in collaberation with other agencies and give financial administrative and volunteer support based on the program's annual assessment.
