Purpose: the foundation was established to assist individuals with lower incomes to help pay for their tuition and school payments for post secondary educaton. Funding: the foundation has been supported solely by either david armstrong or john campbell armstrong donating funds each year to meet the needs of the foundation. There is no outside fundraising or any other donations from another charity since inception.
