Selection based on the following criteria: 1) applicant has a demonstrated history of academic achievement 2) applicant is facing undue financial hardship and/or other social-economic barriers; 3)applicant is under-represented in the skilled trades based on gender cultural background and/or other factors; 4)applicant has been displaced in their career due to unexpected economic circumstances
