Charity's program continues to be the provision of housing for seniors low income people and people with disabilities. Operations of recreational facilities and recreational activities are funded through donations. According to cmhc housing guidelines of operation no general operations money can be alloted for the purposes other than building expenses. Many of our residents have restricted mobility and rely on our programs for entertainment.
