The organization’s objective originally developed by villa charities inc. Is to provide affordable housing for senior citizens and the disadvantaged. It currently operates two apartment buildings including caboto terrace a 259 unit complex which began operations in 1983 and casa del zotto a 202 unit complex which began operations in 1991. The apartments are partially funded by the city of toronto social housing unit.
