International Christian Ministries (ICM) trains and equips Christian leaders in Africa Eastern Europe and Latin America with and through its agents. These training initiatives include various Christian seminars and conferences facilitating one-on-one mentoring as well as in-service certificate programs. Within Canada ICM also raises awareness of missions and the need for leadership training through participation with local churches and in mission conferences.
