The institute of chinese language culture and arts inc. (iclca) is a non-profit non-partisan and non-political organization established in 1976. As of the 2023/2024 fiscal year the iclca school serves approximately 110 students. Classes are held every saturday from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm following the regular school calendar from september to june. We offer cantonese and mandarin classes from level 1 to level 5 along with adult cantonese and tai chi courses.
