The imadene society ( formerly the imadene foundation) was incorporated on january 7 1988 for the purpose of promoting christian knowledge; receiving holding investing adminstering and distributing bequests donations gifts funds and property for the purpose of funding facilities and equipment used in programs and activites associated with the operations of camp imadene.
