The organization (1) operated a 24 room guest accomodation facility for family members of critically ill patients receiving care at hamilton area hospitals (2) fund raises and receives donations and grants in order to offer subsidized rental fees to guests in facility and (3) utilizes volunteers where possible to operate and maintain the facility in an effort to reduce operating costs and keep rental fees to a minimum.
