Hope for rwanda's children fund is dedicated to alleviating the poverty of rwandan children. Its principal project is the hrcf scholarship program. Funding for the hrcf scholarship program is provided to coincide with the academic year in rwanda which runs from september to july. Hrcf includes scholarship for under privileged young people in rwanda.
